With effect from 1 April 2020, Achim Schulz-Lauterbach Vertrieb Medizinischer Produkte GmbH in Iserlohn and its Austrian subsidiary have been sold by their sole shareholder Mr Achim Schulz-Lauterbach to Joline GmbH & Co. KG in Hechingen.
The company Achim Schulz-Lauterbach Vertrieb Medizinischer Produkte GmbH is now a subsidiary of Joline GmbH in Hechingen.
Since 2000, Joline dialysis catheters for Germany have been distributed exclusively via Achim Schulz-Lauterbach Vertrieb Medizinischer Produkte GmbH.
The Joline GmbH short-term and long-term dialysis catheters are currently market-leading products in the growing market segment of dialysis, acute dialysis and intensive medicine.
The new CEO with effect from 1 April 2020 is Mr Lars Sunnanväder and the COO and authorised representative is Ms Minou Schaghaghi.
Joline anticipates that this forward-looking acquisition will help it to consolidate its leading position in the German-speaking world and develop it further at an international level.
